My daughter has had CogMed training, last summer when she was 15. I saw a nice improvement on the charts they provide to monitor progress. It's difficult to say if it helped with focus, etc. because she began medication shortly before starting the training. Whether it was the Cogmed or the medication, I don't care. She now is MUCH more organized and focused. Her grades went from D's and F's (with a B &C) to all A's this year. When she doesn't take meds, on weekends & vacations, she is less motivated & less organized, but still functions much better than before. She is also much happier. I think the cost of the Cogmed training was well worth it. My ADD is more disabling than my daughter's, so I am now motivated (After seeing this) to get myself signed up and start ASAP! THANKS!

P.S. Please do not use my name in any testimonial.
