		<description>Change always involves moving to the middle where you can go either way. Then you can decide to take a step towards reaching a goal instead of falling back on your comfort level, the old way which hasn&#039;t been working.  It gives you a chance to change things up a bit and with practice, see where you stand on that new level.  In a writer&#039;s group, I learned to start in the middle, because that&#039;s where the action is and movement keeps the reader turning the pages to see if his prediction matches up with the tone and point of view.</description>
