For some people, having the diagnosis of ADHD can be incredibly important.  I’ve heard people say it offers a nice explanation for what is going on in life.  And yet for others, the diagnosis or label is nothing more than a way of keeping someone inside the box.

For me, I have no use for labels.  But I certainly do focus on understanding our differences.
