IT IS IN THE GENES! My friends have ADHD. I attract them like magnets! I am wanting to self improve my relationship with family and friends and want mentally healthy tools to help make life EASIER,richer and fuller. I live with my sons 26 and 19. They want to kill each other! Both are good guys but the frustration is killing me as I don't know how to help focus the positive energy to create peace in my home. Thank you for the work you are doing. When my boys were little the Dr gave them retlain pills. We are all adults now drugs do not work. Behaviors need changing. Help is needed.I will be listening to all your solutions and help. I am willing to do the hard work it takes to get thru this as you do not out grow it. I look foward to all your tools! Thank you.
